10 years ago Posture & The Grizzly dropped their debut album, "Busch Hymns", on the world. Today, we're stoked to bring some new light to this pinnacle gritty pop-punk album.

Remixed from source recordings by Chris Teti (TWAIBP, Fiddlehead) and remastered by Kris Crummett (Knuckle Puck, Callous Daoboys) for the anniversary, Busch Hymns stands as a record of the CT punks' early days. A transition from throat-shredding demos to an all-too-brief time as a pop-punk juggernaut.

Members of the band can be found making music with Prince Daddy & the Hyena, Double Gainer, Stars Over Japan, and more projects these days, but there will always be a place in our hearts for P&tG.

Happy new year from our fam to yours! We’ve run Refresh out of our basement for nearly 9 years now and I don’t think either of us ever expected it to come this far 🙃 We’ve been blessed to work with a great little team for the last 2-3 years, but in 2024 we’re slowing down and bringing things back to a mom and pop only team.
