As a production team, we focus on 3 things.
1. Safety first and foremost
2. Technical excellence and ex*****on
3. Client relations and hospitality

prides itself on the ability to not only provide a service, but to prioritize client experience just as much as guest experience. We don’t just plug things in, we work along side clients and their vendors to assure the end goal is met and exceeded.

Thank you Lori for the kind words and for the opportunity to be a team member in creating lasting memories for you and your guests.

We’re not over VeloSano 2026

VelsoSano is an event we look forward to every year. Early mornings in are a different kind of peaceful (even when it’s a little wet!)

Parking our SL100 kickstarts a 3 day set up that develops into an incredible fundraising experience. From LED walls to dazzling lights and L-Acoustics throughout the Mall, this year felt special.

Being able to provide audio visual solutions to local nonprofit organizations is one of the many reasons we love our job. From the event organizers to the riders themselves, each person played an important role in bringing this vision to life.

Thank you for trusting NPi AV with your audio visual needs.

Our summer in a nutshell!

This summer delivered both indoor and outdoor AV solutions for many amazing clients.

Although today is technically the last day of summer, we still have a handful of outdoor gigs to execute before we transition into the “ber” months. (Even though the “ber” doesn’t stop us from breaking out the gear or mobile stages!)

Here’s to an amazing summer full of memories, to the clients who trust us with their AV needs and to the people who continue to attend live events even when it’s HOT!

An Evening with the Stars ✨

had the privilege to work with Matt and his team to deliver an event that highlights the accomplishments of incredible people at the NASA's Glenn Research Center

The goal was a dazzling night of annual celebration. Let’s break it down…

Venue: Windows on the River provided the perfect multi-level space that came with bistro lights that look like stars. This mixed with the natural light from the giant windows allowed guests to experience the sunset turn into night.

Visuals: NPi AV was tasked to set the tone of the show room by providing 1. Clear video displays and 2. Something for the people in the back. With that, we blended light with pixels by pairing a projector with an LED wall and got a clear visual experience you could enjoy from front row to back.

Audio: Knowing that the room would be filled, our audio engineers decided that the room needed a small sub-stack mixed with multiple floor standing speakers. These speakers lined the main show room, along with the social hour space and provided audio throughout the whole venue.

Lights: with the word “dazzle” in mind, along with color schemes that matched the theme and brand, our lighting engineer brought the Astera QuikSpot lights to paint the room. From the golden colored dazzlers above the stage to the royal blue uplights around the entire room. We also brought a few lights to fully illuminate the stars of the evening as well as aid in video recording.

Lastly, we delivered a stage built in 3 pieces which created a dynamic experience for guests as the show almost felt like you were moving around the room.

Being the AV support for this event will always be an honor as science fuels so much of our industry. Cheers to all that were celebrated and to the hands that brought this vision to life!
