:: First launch of 2026 ::
Gate Mills Land Conservancy approached Culey Design to reimagine – not just the aesthetics or UX/UI of their website, but its overall interactive and communications strategy across a diverse set of audiences: village residents, donors, and politicians.
At a time when green spaces – migratory corridors – are being threatened by the allure of development dollars, GMLC aims to preserve their environment for generations to come. Culey Design is honored to have had the opportunity to assist in that effort.

Totally into the UTAH 2034 "transitional" logo. The custom letterforms are compelling, memorable, and unmistakably rooted in place – precisely what, this humble designer would suggest, an olympic logo should do. It communicates tension and drama – pushing the limits of mind and body – and illustrates Utah's topography.
I hope the final 2034 logo brings this same energy and inspiration. A job well done 👏
The Utah Olympics logo is already stirring up drama The new Utah 2034 logo was designed to build early momentum for the Games. Not everyone is a fan.

I had the fortune c.2003 to chat with about the ubiquity of his I❤️NY logo – specifically the ways that it had inspired innumerable variations (read: been bastardized). The consummate gentleman he was, he had few words of criticism (though, the ones he had were pointed), but I can’t help but imagine what he’d have to say about this.

I LOVE the idea of a Cleveland Pride flag. I welcome any gesture that the people of this fair city can rally around.
Unfortunately, this is what happens when you have design contests (where 95% of the creative is performed on spec) instead of proper RFPs.
What a missed opportunity.

Love this Art Deco relic on Bienville Street in NOLA. The company, now closed, dates back to the 1920s. It’s fun to imagine what this sign has seen over the past century.
