It’s an introduction to something quieter and honestly more foundational — unlearning the shame and silence most of us were handed around pleasure, and reclaiming it as a normal, healthy part of a well-balanced life.

We’ll talk. We’ll reflect. You’ll leave with a personal pleasure plan that’s entirely your own. Nervous is welcome. Curious is more than enough.
