meeting today at 10AM!!! ✨

prayer this week is for boldness.

our prayer is that the women being exploited would find the boldness to seek help. And for more organizations and young adults to go out to those enslaved by prostitution, drugs, alc, etc. and be the hands and feet of Jesus.

Our prayer is that more people would learn the meaning of “praying without ceasing” and continue to ask the Father to end human trafficking.

Boldness in the conversations we have with those who don’t know Jesus and boldness to speak truth whenever the Holy Spirit leads.
A reminder to help us with boldness this week is 2 Timothy 1:7 “For God gave us a spirit not of fear but of power and love and self-control.”

our prayer this week is about labor trafficking.
WHAT IS IT?
labor trafficking is a form of modern day slavery. It is forcing another person to work in captivity with little or no pay.

recent stats show that there are more than 24.9 million people in forced labor.

Why is it a problem?
with over 20 million people in forced labor human trafficking victims make a majority of the goods we consumers buy. The next time you go to sites such as shein or old navy think about the labor trafficking involved.

this weeks prayer is for salvation!!!

Galatians 5:1 says
For freedom Christ has set us free; stand firm therefore, and do not submit again to a yoke of slavery.

most people in trafficking think of “free gift” as something unheard of. It’s hard for them to wrap their minds around someone wanting to GIVE them something rather than take. That is one of the reasons why the gospel is so powerful. It’s so simple that it’s hard to grasp that the God of heaven stepped down from his throne to serve and offer us a free gift of salvation.
Prayer:
1. that God would remove the hearts of stone and give a heart of flesh, receptive to the gospel (Ezekiel 11:14-21)

2. God would use his disciples to spread the good news of FREEDOM in Christ through his atoning sacrifice. They can’t know unless someone goes.

3. That God would save souls that are in desperate need and not allow shame and guilt to get in the way.

Been praying Psalm 82:4 for Manumission as we step out in obedience to be apart of rescuing the weak and needy for the Lord to do a work in in the lives of those marked my human trafficking and help them find true freedom and life with Jesus.

As the semester comes to a close, Thank you to everyone who has helped been part of this move team. It is truly an answer to prayer, I am expectant in what’s to come next semester and I can’t wait to see how the Lord will work.

we had such an incredible time serving with Frontline Response this weekend for Princess Night. One of the biggest things we were focused on was the phrase written on the whiteboard “He is Always Enough”. It was a beautiful reminder that God will equip us as His vessels to do his work and make an impact on these women.
