Yesterday, we had an early celebratory dinner in honor of Mikey's upcoming birthday at Toledo! 🎉🎂

Toledo - Tapas, Steak & Seafood is a Spanish-inspired, Michelin recommended rooftop restaurant at Disney's Gran Destino Tower at our resort. It's a gorgeous space!

We shared the Chef's Signature Dinner for Two which included a Flight of Four Pintxos, Artisanal Charcuterie and Cheeses 🧀, a 34 oz. Chuletón Bone-In Rib-Eye 🥩 and The Toledo Tapas Bar Dessert 🍫.

It was delicious 😋!

We've arrived at Disney's Coronado Springs Resort❣️

Beautiful room in the Casitas section as requested 🌵, iced biscoff lattes ☕ and cronuts 🍩 upon arrival, exploring the resort grounds and a quick trip to Disney Springs 🛍️.

One of us is leaping with joy...the other is along for the ride! 😂

Off to celebrate Mikey's birthday at the most MAGICAL place on earth! 🐭 🏰
