Harvard Community Services Center has been holding Estate Planning Clinics, where homeowners learn about their deeds and other inheritances. 👏 This education is so important for protecting wealth and housing in neighborhoods, and it's one of many ways that CDCs partner with resource providers like Local Initiatives Support Corporation (LISC) and Cuyahoga County Treasurer.

ICYMI: MidTown Cleveland, Inc. and its partners broke ground on the Warner & Swasey redevelopment, the largest affordable housing investment in city history. Decades in the making, this project will transform the vacant landmark on E. 55th Street with 112 apartments.

This spring, we volunteered to show our love for Cleveland in more ways. Our Real Estate team prepared furnishings for newly housed neighbors at Humble Design Cleveland. Our Village Capital Corporation team gave away bicycles to Intergenerational Schools students. And our whole staff assembled groceries at the Greater Cleveland Food Bank.
