Started GLIZZYS almost 4 years ago. My house rehabilitation business went to 💩 during COVID. Food stayed open, so food was where the money was, and I decided that’s where I needed to be.

I couldn’t afford a new cart, so I built my own out of wood in my late father’s backyard. He got to see the original cart finished, but he didn’t live long enough to see us start slinging, let alone see how famous we got.

We started out in debt with zero followers. Fast forward to today: we’re serving the entire city of Cleveland, Ohio, serving people who travel from all over the world, serving famous people, and somehow I’ve become a little famous myself, with 910,000 followers across all platforms.

It’s been quite the journey these last 4 years.

We also can’t forget the girl who stuck with us through thick and thin and helps hold this business together—Laurisa. ❤️

If you are new here we take our kids to Gatlinburg, Tennessee and camp in the Smokey’s every year as soon as they get out of school. Regardless of the weather conditions, whether it was -15° with a wind chill or 2 feet of snow, we consistently showed up throughout the winter season and maintained a steady line of customers from start to finish. You, our loyal customers, continued to support us, even during the Glizzard of '26. There were instances where local hot dog restaurants were forced to close due to inclement weather, yet we remained open, often requiring a hour-long setup process in the snow and freezing temperatures. Laurisa dedicates 4 hours daily to preparation, ensuring the cart is fully stocked, which enables me to focus on preparing hot dogs throughout our operating hours. We go through a substantial amount of product, necessitating daily trips to 3-5 stores to maintain our extensive and complex menu. We strive tirelessly to provide the best hot dogs Cleveland has to offer, and I would like to respectfully request your vote for the best hot dogs in Cleveland. With almost 1 million followers across all platforms, you may assume that someone else will vote on your behalf, but I urge you to take a moment to cast your vote if you believe we deserve to take home 1st place. 🙏🏼🌭🔥🗳️ NO ONE WANTS IT AS BAD AS GLIZZYS ! I just seen the homie Black Kettle BBQ made it to best BBQ in Cleveland ! And let me tell you no one cares about the quality of their BBQ more than Eddie ! He’s super passionate about his food and I’d appreciate it you guys would shoot him a vote once a day also! This man deserves it! 🍖🍗🔥🗳️🙏🏼 And shoot him a follow if you want also !
