Fresh Catch Seafood is looking to hire a Head Cook/Supervisor responsible for all aspects of kitchen production. This person will oversee the quality of all food and ensure prompt service in an open kitchen.
Job requirements:
- Stable work history along with management experience - Min 5 yrs. Experience in frying, grilling and steaming seafood - Maintain daily inventory - Be flexible - Must be able to work 12 hrs - Maintain composure under pressure/Team leader - Works well with others - Have reliable transportation
