Bennett let his imagination wander with Snow Bird 🕊️, layering Ketel One Vodka, Chambord, and Slivovitz Plum Brandy with roasted chestnut orgeat and cream, then finishing it with a delicately perched pistachio butter tree above the frost.

To start, we love a good tradition — especially the twelve grapes at midnight. So we built the Twelve at Midnight cocktail, a green grape ode to hope for the year ahead and a 'spritz' of magic to make your New Year’s Eve feel special.

Doors open at 6 pm and we’ll be here through 2 am, with the Jazz Trio in the Main Lounge and Don Phillips bringing warmth to the Holiday Hideaway from 9 pm - 1 am.

The evening will include:
