This is one of our last shows with Blake! We'll be taking a short hiatus after his last gig in August, so come and get Buttery with us while you still have the chance!

From Blake:

After heavy consideration and an absolute whirlwind 5 year run with Camel Butter, I’ve decided I’ll be stepping down as the groups drummer this summer.

Thank you everyone for all of the support and positive feedback throughout the years. Our initial response and the free/experimental nature of the project lit a fire under my ass and lead to many organic moments of discovery and growth musically. Watching this grow into everything it did, getting to step foot and perform on so many of the stages I would spend nights and weekends soaking up inspiration, putting on entire productions with all the friends we made along the way, it all feels like a dream in reflection.

Though I look forward to this reprieve to give other areas of my life some much needed attention, I will never forget how much this era meant to me.

I’ll be performing with Camel Butter Sunday July 5th with our good friends Fatback Mango at Driftwood Point Beach Bar and Grill.

Come give me a hug and share some of your favorite memories, it would mean a lot to me.
