I just had to share this again, after sharing the toothfairy traditions in my last video.

This is from when Bea had to have surgery to have her teeth out, and I made her a pink toothfairy pillow. She wanted her teeth to come out like her friends and just kept waiting and waiting. Then finally got to use her toothfairy pillow! 🦷🧚‍♂️🩷

Also, a bit of Down syndrome awareness while I am sharing, Bea’s teeth did not just come out. The development delay’s she has experienced in other milestones also affected her teeth. Her teeth didn’t come in until she was almost two, so they didn’t start coming out until later too. Typically developing kids can also get their teeth later, and will likely have them fall out later too.

I have learned so much about teeth, traditions and hear the best stories about the Toothfairy too! If you don’t have’s toothfairy pillow and want one, I have plenty available🩷

The stories really are my favorite part, I have heard of some of these from around the world, but not all of them. Here in the United states the tradition varies to, like using a ToothFairy Pillow in instead of just putting under the pillow. It has a little pocket on the back to hold the tooth and then to hold the toothfairy’s money.

Just in time for Valentine’s Day make your own 🩷garland ! I don’t usually make time for cute crafts but happened to have all the supplies and an idea. It was so easy, Beatrice loved to helping me with it too!

What you need:
❤️You can find a heart shape, or draw your own on a piece of card stock and use that as your template. The larger heart here is about 3” wide and the smaller one is 1” wide.
(You know how, fold paper in half draw half the heart… think old school valentines)
❤️felt balls , white twine, and large needle from your local craft store (or your stash like I did)
❤️hearts cut from premium felt by ( my favorite! It’s made from recycled plastic bottles ♻️)
❤️pen I used to trace dissolves when wet (wipe with a damp towel rag)
