Smart planning led to $8 million Metroparks TIGER grant for waterfront trails (photos) The nearly $8 million federal TIGER grant won in July by Cleveland Metroparks resulted from masterful collaboration and connect-the-dots thinking.

Lots of folks asking about the big Federal TIGER Grant that the MetroParks were awarded a few weeks back. It makes lots of key connections on existing trail networks which only adds to the utility of this grant award.
