Other than making fast and accurate sandwiches. Inshop Crew Members also take orders over the phone and register, help maintain a clean environment.

We have a fast work pace for a short time (which is fun) and our managers keep the stores upbeat - we're having fun and providing excellent customer service!

Jimmy John's is one of the top franchises in the country and provides great opportunities for professional growth. Three Lancaster locations are looking to hire Assistant Managers immediately.

Managers are responsible for maintaining store operations and will report directly to the store Area Manager. Managers must demonstrate outstanding customer service and store awareness skills as well as an absolute sense of urgency. Managers must also be able to lead a crew of 5-10 employees, which includes coaching, training, motivating and redirecting staff whenever necessary. Management experience, preferably related to food service, is preferred but not necessary to apply. Position will include a full-time salary as well as monthly performance related bonuses and paid vacation.
