The mindset is a "Private Lesson" in a group setting, exposing our youth to a variety of sports. As parents... you get the satisfaction that your childs first exposure to a "coach" and sports setting is fun and possitive. They also get a taste of many sports so you can ask them what they liked before signing them up for a league.
