𝗗𝘂𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀, 𝘀𝗸𝗶𝗹𝗹𝘀, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗾𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 𝗿𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗱:
-Perform electrical repairs, painting, lighting/plumbing fixture repair, and replacement
-Ensure mechanical equipment is in working order and fixed as necessary.
-Complete general building cleaning and maintenance.
-Install and replace floors, stairs, and piping as needed.
-Repair and paint doors, windows, walls, ceilings, roofs, and other parts of the houses.
-Maintain trash and recycling receptacles around the facility.
-Performing routine landscaping on the grounds
-Identify and report the need for major repairs
-Undertake duties as assigned or emergency tasks (e.g. shoveling snow)
