Half bathroom conversion to full bath for another wonderful client. This house located in historic bratenahl once upon a time had a shower in the garage (2nd pic that looks like a closet)and a half bath immediately off of the entrance into the house from the garage. With limited space we were able to use the area of the old shower outside for inside the bath. Equipped with a remote controlled toilet/bidet marble and a new lead glass window insert to keep some of the classic look of the house.

This one had a pretty bad fire in the 2nd floor unit and rear stairwell of this 2 family. Previous contractor ran off with the insurance money and did very little work. So we were called in to make it right and get it off of the condemed list! Goes to show doesn’t matter who abandons you and how burned up life may be by the trials of life. You can always be restored!
