Many requests recieved for this "Comfort Food Meal" I am modifying the meatloaf recipe. Adding a little more salt also making the individual loaves more firm. Each portion is not sliced just a mini meatloaf that is a smidgen less than 1/2 lb with creamy whipped golden potatoes.
Individual portion $13.00

I apologize to anyone that looked for me at my weekly spot for the Holiday Market. I was across from the OLLI building. You are welcome to drive to Pendleton if you are interested in purchasing baskets and chocolate. I can also post pictures of the remaining baskets. which you can pick up this Friday at Patrick Square. I didn't bring lights this year so fortunately for you it was too dark the last hour to sell the remaining products.
