- 7/23/22 JC cited for speeding in FL.
- 8/23/22 JC cited for parking in a handicap space by Athens PD.
- 9/2/22 JC cited for running a red light by APD.
- 9/22/22 JC cited for speeding 89 in a 45, and window tint too dark by APD.
Bryant Gannt (UGA’s fixer) paid all his tickets for him in cash.
- 11/7/22 his license was suspended by FL for failure to complete a defensive driving course.
- Leading up the crash, he was racing LeCroy side-by-side on the road headed into the curve where she lost control.
- His car was slightly damaged by the wires that came down when LeCroy took out a power pole.
- At the urging of a fellow, unnamed played, he left the scene before police arrived. People living in the apartments at the scene told police that he was there, and Gannt was the one who called him to return an hour and a half after the crash.
- APD never checked JC's BAC the night of the crash.

Soo... he was never charged with leaving the scene of an accident, or driving on a suspended license?

Also, was Kirby oblivious to JC's issues with the law, just didn't care, or handled these "in-house?" 😉

The goal was to win a National Championship at all costs, right?
