Happy Father’s Day from Boos Development!

Boos Development is pleased to introduce Hailey Whidden and Colin Thompson as our 2025 summer interns in the Clearwater office! They will be with us over the next five weeks, shadowing all the departments in our corporate office as an introduction to all phases of Commercial Real Estate.

Hailey Whidden is a fourth-year student at Florida State University, where she recently earned her Bachelor’s degree in Finance through the university’s More in Four program. She is now continuing her education by pursuing an MBA with a specialization in Real Estate during her final year at FSU. Hailey is thrilled to be joining the Boos team and looks forward to gaining valuable experience and knowledge this summer.

Colin Thompson is a senior at Florida State University majoring in Management Information Systems and Marketing. In his free time, he enjoys playing golf and learning guitar. He enjoys working with others and is committed to doing his best towards any project. Colin is thrilled to be working as an intern for Boos Development Group.
