Who needs to inspire their sibling to start working out?

I’ve train duos before but none like these two. These two have a great relationship as siblings and best friends which is why they are succeeding in their personal training program.

There’s nothing like having someone you’d go war with in the gym.

I remember being terrified of talking in front of an audience..

In fact it’s the top fear amongst people — public speaking.

I still feel that way at times but when I’m discussing what I’m passionate about all that goes away.

Once I get in the zone then it’s like I’m just I’m having a conversation with the crowd about what I believe in.

Stepping out of your comfort zone is what’s required for personal growth. I attempt to challenge myself everyday moment I can to do some thing I couldn’t or wouldn’t do before.

I challenge you to do the same with me.
