We had a killer 8 hour trip with a new group from Colorado yesterday. We headed out hoping to load up on red grouper and managed to accomplish that goal pretty quickly! We headed to a wreck to see what was hanging out and ended up catching some amberjack and tangling with some Goliath grouper that really put a hurting on us!

Hey ya’ll. A last minute reschedule looks like it is going to leave me tied up to the dock tomorrow, June, 6. After a solid week of heavy wind tomorrow is looking like one of the better days for the first half of June. Nice red grouper limit yesterday and we threw back some more of the usual suspects!

Perfect 8 hour trip with a quick 4 man limit of red grouper and then all the AJs we wanted for some catch and release action. Lots of catch and release gags in the mix as well!
The guys ended up with plenty to eat and some seriously sore arms!

We don’t see sailfish everyday out of Clearwater, but the crew on Salt Cracker III was surprised with a nice battle and a boat side tailwalk display 🤙🏻
