Meet Karly!!

Karly has worked at PI for most of the last six years, and it’s been a meaningful part of her journey. She loved her time as a stay-at-home mom, but she’s excited to be back at work and reconnecting with all her favorite customers. When she’s not working, she loves spending time with her kids, who keep life fun (and a little chaotic in the best way).
Her all time favorite menu item is the forest mushroom pizza!

Meet Katie!
She’s been serving at Fortify Pi for 3 years. Originally from Columbia, SC, her love for the outdoors is what brought her to the mountains. In her free time, you’ll usually find her outside—whether she’s on the river, in the woods, or just unplugging from the noise of the world. Nature is her way of recharging and reconnecting. She also enjoys baking sourdough when she gets the chance! Her go-to menu picks are the Hot Little Italy and the Maple Buffalo wings.

Meet Zoe!
She has been with Pi for a year! She’s into photography, loves to paint and read, and enjoys hiking the trails around Clayton whenever she gets the chance. Her go-to menu item is the 3.14 — but only with white sauce, of course!

Meet Emily!
Emily has been part of the Pi crew for 3 years! She’s currently in nursing school, so you’ll mostly catch her working on the weekends. When she’s not at work, she’s either studying, at clinicals, or walking her sweet pup, Louie. She loves reading a good book and doing a little shopping in her free time. Her go-to menu picks? The Little Italy or Honey Drizzle Hustle!
