Ingredients Serves 4–5 For the chicken 8 chicken thighs or drumsticks 1 tsp salt 1 tsp black pepper 1 tsp garlic powder 1 tsp smoked paprika For the honey BBQ glaze 1 cup BBQ sauce 1/3 cup honey 1 tbsp soy sauce 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar Instructions Preheat the oven Set your oven to 375°F (190°C). Season the chicken Pat the chicken dry and season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and smoked paprika. Make the glaze In a bowl, whisk together BBQ sauce, honey, soy sauce, and apple cider vinegar. Arrange the chicken Place the chicken pieces in a baking dish or foil tray. Coat with sauce Pour the honey BBQ sauce over the chicken, making sure each piece is well coated. Bake Bake uncovered for 40–50 minutes, basting once or twice with the sauce until the chicken is tender and caramelized. Optional finish Broil for 2–3 minutes to create a sticky, slightly charred glaze. Lil Jake was the first unit out for 2026 and spent this weekend at Moccasin Creek State park. Although we are still winterized down, this unit was used as a dry( no water) camping accommodation that allowed our guest to have a warm camping unit and comfortable bed for their Valentine weekend getaway.
