2023 B-Day ride accomplished! Quite a bit different than last year's ride in Colorado with and old-old friend David H & company. Peddled along the "KATY" trail through Missouri "wine country" west of St Louis. All went well up to 62.45 mile marker when my back tire decided it had had enough. Not a big deal, just a 10 minute butt break then back on the road to finnish.

Someone asked me the other day what i did as a profession. After thinking about it for a few moments I told them that;
I have the distinct good fortune of helping people & their families buy and sell homes! I work with an extraordinarily talented, caring & seasoned team provides me with all the tools to help clients through the complex process of home buying/selling! My goal is to do everything possible to make the process enjoyable, not stressful. Big emotional decisions don't need the added stress of not knowing all that needs to be known in order to make the best decisions. I strive to be knowledgeable about the property that is being considered and determined to find the answers to anything that comes up along the way.

We are all feeling a little bluesy around the house with the Blues out of the playoffs & no football. Our kids, Katie & Max were trying to bring a little cheer into our home.

I'm finding it hard to believe it has been a year since I joined Berkshire Hathaway Real Estate! It has been a whirlwind of a first year as an agent and I am looking forward to the years to come! I had never thought it would be so rewarding to help guide clients in their quests to buy or sell a home.
