High End Banquet Server or Fine Dining Server – Job Summary:
Join our team as a High End Banquet Server or Fine Dining Server at First Class Workforce Solutions, bringing excellence to the table in upscale dining environments. We are seeking individuals with strong customer service skills, recent fine dining experience, and a deep understanding of the position.
Responsibilities:
• Provide exceptional table service in a fine dining setting.
• Greet and assist guests, ensuring a positive and memorable experience.
• Present menus and make knowledgeable recommendations to patrons.
• Take accurate orders and effectively communicate them to the kitchen staff.
• Serve food and beverages with professionalism, precision, and attention to detail.
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure efficient service.
• Maintain a polished and professional appearance at all times.
• Set and reset tables with precision and attention to detail.
• Anticipate and address guest needs throughout the dining experience.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
• Always follow food service sanitation regulations along with health and safety guidelines.
Physical Requirements:
• Navigate a fast-paced and demanding environment with grace and composure.
• Ability to stand and move for 8-hour shifts, lift and carry up to 30 pounds, and perform physically demanding tasks.
• Ability to carry and balance serving trays with dinners.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by event schedules.
• Must be able to work in hot and humid environments.
Hiring Essentials:
• Proven experience as a High End Banquet Server or Fine Dining Server is a must.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must have reliable and consistent transportation.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States.
• Must be willing to submit to a Drug Test and Criminal Background Check.
