How did they do ⁉️

Are new construction home inspections worth it? You be the judge 👨‍⚖️ . This is not the first time this has happened to me by the way.  I’m doing a 11 month warranty inspection. The builder was smaller. I don’t recognize the name even though buyer had a one year warranty the LLC is closed and their phone number has been off for four months. The county signed off on a certificate of occupancy, including insulation almost a year ago, but they cannot be held accountable by law. There’s not a single piece of insulation in the entire attic of this home. But the energy sticker in the garage says it was inspected to R38 lol .

True or False ⁉️ Even though this is a extremely common practice for rooftop delivery of shingles it’s not permitted by the shingle manufacturers.

Would you be concerned if a home had a new roof and the roofing company said this is ok for the ridge cap 🙄 ⁉️

Why deck building standards evolve and every new fastener and bracket system is not a “gimmick”.

Welp lol 😂 . For those of you following the complaint about me to the state board by a disgruntled seller made that I found all their hidden problems.
