Here's a project we just wrapped up for our good friend Jason Bennett .

A true pump gas street combination.

The ProMaxx Performance Products, LLC 290 cylinder heads are a fantastic casting, we were really happy with the quality.
We started with the 290 cc version. We left the factory valve job, hand blended the chambers.
Ported the exhaust and intake ports.

Next up was a Marketplace score. A Dart 4500 fl**ge manifold with " peanut" ports.

Once the manifold arrived, we noticed that someone had previously cut the dividers down.
No biggie, we cut them off even and welded in new dividers.

To move the valves, Jason reached out to Cobb Racing Enterprises for a custom camshaft.

How about something really different.

AMC power!
Not gonna show too many details, I'll say that this is the most epoxy we've used in a single manifold.

4.200 bore
3.780 stroke
15.2 compression

8 MM stem, 2.165 intake valve from the "LS Family".

Ford guys , we haven't forgotten about you.
Our favorite 351W manifolds,
BMP and World Products ( now BMP ).
Both are similar manifolds, one is designed ( ported ) for 855 HP, the other ( BMP )started life as a 4150 fl**ge that we converted to 4500. It's designed for 685 HP.

Another build by our long time friend John Perry .
AFR 235 ish cylinder heads with an Iron Hide manifold by Performance Prototyping and Engineering .
This one has a target of 850+ /660.

First outing with the new combination netted 4 MPH gains over last season 💪.
