β€’ Document maintenance needs, lease violations, and safety concerns
β€’ Coordinate repair quotes and follow up on completed work
β€’ Maintain accurate records in AppFolio
β€’ Assist with lockboxes, yard signs, and general operations support
β€’ Participate in a light on-call rotation
