Had my wheels locally cut in Imlay City MI by MB Cnc machining. Then I stripped the coating off and fully polished them. Between the 2 of us we can handle your custom wheel needs and long term care.

I was supposed to take this to prom. Maybe my daughter will lol

Been a while since I posted. My old shocks going to a new home after being polished.

Did my first in person semi. Weather is finally nice enough.

Some big nice D&D Patty wheels to polish up... even though they are new they are raw and aren't protected. So polishing them will add a layer of protection and they can always be more shinny.

Wanted to wait till I could get some shine on it between other customer jobs. Still more shine to go (even though it's a mud/dirt vehicle that will get used. This polish will help protect it for a good while)

The jeep is finally getting a SCS drop box with and ORD crawl box. Very exciting to beat on it and not worry about my 205 breaking like it did .

Chipping away at customers stuff

Been a long winter of polishing and working on this hog.. clutch works. It steers. Stops. Dash is all in. It's getting closer. Need to polish the wheels (which is funny because that's all I do for everyone else lol). I dont love the rear suspension so might be going to leafs. We will see.

It's nice doing something cool every once in a while.

Not bad for almost 60 year old cast wheels ... we're doing one at a time because the customer is so close. More to come.

From textured to mirror. Wasn't very easy though.

Feels good to get back at it. Had some tool failures and my back took a dive but getting back at it. These were textured from the factory. Not any more.. just getting started

Some of the worst wheels in terms of surface but they look great now. Deep reflection clarity. It does need new caps but that will come in spring

Next truck on the list for wheels. I'll start them tomorrow.

Next wheels on the list. They have some rash but nothing to bad. Only going to polish the faces to keep good contrast.

Got these chevy dually wheels sanded and polished up for a customer. My cost on all 4 is still less then buying a new one. Let me know if I can help you bring something back to shinny life.

All 7 wheels got polished. Both sides.. Can't wait to see them back on the truck . Late model F450.

Getting better. The small holes were not fun with these wheels being coated.

Getting that coating that always flakes off removed and just the first cut after sanding. Lot more to go.

So these are off my kodiak and I'm getting them ready for my other truck. They were still kinda shinny but they have a coating that can't be polished or fixed (this coating is common. You can test to see if you have coated wheels by using some hand polish. If it turns black no coating. If it doesn't, Coating). So this is me removing the coating. I just got the tools in for this type of job today. Next till make then a mirror.

I really do enjoy polishing. This was sanded and only cut. It will get much better. If you have something that needs to be polished in the Michigan clarkston mich area let me know.

Tj frame was a little worse then we thought. No big deal. Can be fixed with the autorust.com parts in a few hours.
