Barre is a great class for building muscle and endurance!
Did you know that you lose 30% of your muscle strength between the ages of 50 and 70 years? However, in 5 months of regular training you can reverse that statistic and increase your strength by 25 to 30 percent. Research shows that regular strength (resistance) training increases muscle strength and reduces muscular atrophy (wasting away). These improvements also help prevent falls and injuries, allowing you to age better.
