Finished up our customer 05 Chevy 1500. We've replaced the tired ls2 with a 416 stroker LS. Went through and rebuilt the ls3 heads, replaced worn springs with Brian tooley racing springs, replaced clutch with ram performance clutch, replaced bad hydraulic release bearing with a zl1 style bearing. Installed a current performance wiring harness and ecu, new aluminum radiator new electric fans all silicone hoses , and shroud, rebuilt the rearend with Richmond 373 gears and summit racing posi all new bearings and seals, changed to correct length wheel studs, repaired some exhaust work, re did all the fuel lines, new wheels bearings new rack in pinion. Painted the tonneau cover, roll pan, bed corners. Got it running and driving good. Pretty sweet daily driver now. Tuned at wongs performance, made just under 500 with stock ls3 heads and stock injectors. Next thing in the list is get the 6 spd manual freshened up. Then the truck will be all redone.

Nice El Camino we put a new thermostat in and re-wired the electrical fans. No more overheating!
