Oregon's Advanced Clean Trucks (ACT) rule, which went into effect on January 1, is already facing pushback. A new bipartisan bill (House Bill 3119) is calling for a delay in its implementation until January 1, 2027.

🚚 The ACT rule requires truck manufacturers to sell an increasing percentage of zero-emissions vehicles (ZEVs) in Oregon.

🔹 Booneville, MO (I-70, MM 104) – Facilities closed for upgrades until Spring 2026. Truck parking available, but no facilities.

🔹 Torrance County, NM (I-40, MM 207-208) – $20M renovation will shut down the Rattlesnake rest areas for 300 days. New buildings, expanded parking & upgraded facilities coming.

🔹 Wayne County, IN (I-70) – Centerville welcome center closes Feb. 3 for a massive 2-year project. 156 truck parking spots & new amenities planned. Use Greenfield rest area (MM 107) as an alternative.
