I love to take pictures and capture images that will bring back memories for a lifetime. My passion is Newborn, Child, & Family Photography.

After studying photography at The Ohio State University my last year before graduating I discovered my passion for it. My degree was in fashion, but I think having an artistic eye goes hand in hand between fashion and photography. I specialize in newborn, child, & family photography. I don't believe its the amount of images you get from your photographer that is important, but its that one shot that you want to put on the wall and cherish forever.

Big brother Murphy, aka "protector" made his debut into the studio and when mom & dad told me he insists on being in the same room with his new brother at all times I didn't know they were for real until (see photo).... I didnt even realize he was In the frame on the first shot but I left him In It for fun 😂
I felt so bad I had to let him come in and “oversee" till dad took him home!! 🥰

Also… Murphy smiles .. 😆

The first time I ever babysat a little one was this guys mother, my cousin Lexi.
I remember being surprised my aunt asked me because I had no experience. She had a hair appointment and apparently was desperate enough to ask me😆 At that time the only living thing I had taken care of was my cat 😹

My aunt said “put on Barney, you will know when she’s tired because she will come to you and try to lay down on you. Then you can rock her to sleep and put her in her crib.”

Well… I rocked her to sleep but was afraid to move once she was asleep🤷🏻‍♀️ I still remember my aunt coming home and peeking in the nursery seeing me stiff as a board holding Lexi and laughing!🤣

I’ve gotten better at it!! This is a full circle moment right here. I was able to hold my cousins little boy Sully today and boy is he dreamy!! Just look at that face and hair 🥰 He looks a lot like his mamma and the perfect mix of dad too!

Welcome to the family Sullivan John!! 🫶🏻

Perfect little “bum-up” pose!! This little bed is probably my most cherished prop in the studio for so many reasons. I found it while antiquing probably 14 years ago long before I got into newborn photography. My girls played with it for years so it needed some TLC before using for newborns. I just love it so!!

I feel like every picture I edit of this session I think to myself “oh I should post this one”…then I don’t and the same thought occurs on the next🙃 I love so many!!

Charli was just over 6 lbs at birth. I was excited to get a perfect womb pose at almost 2 weeks old😌 I can’t remember where this bonnet is from or I would tag …!

Swipe for the best before and after I’ve ever posted…. These girls last came to me just a little less than a decade ago. They won me over, you can see why. I cannot believe they are so grown now and big sisters to a new little beauty! There’s a lot of pretty in the next picture!!

It’s been a long few months of crazy in my house. From senior year sports, to holidays, to surprise puppies born on Christmas Eve, I haven’t had a minute I’m not planning something. I never liked being bored so I guess this is the crazy I asked for🫣 I’m about to post some of my favorite past clients from about a decade ago🥹 I’ve been doing this a while, hard to believe!!
