Donuts with Grown Ups! 🍩🩵

This summer, we started a new program at Pathways called Thrive Hive! Thrive Hive is a daily 25 minute activity that every client attends, focused on building social skills, emotional regulation, adaptive living skills, and play skills. Our Thrive Hive leaders, Haley, RBT, and Madison, RBT, thoughtfully plan each day’s lessons using the Ohio Learning Standards for Social and Emotional Learning under the supervision of our BCBA and Intervention Specialist.

For Father’s Day, our Thrive Hive leaders wanted to create an opportunity for our clients to show off the grown ups in their lives who don’t always get the chance to come into the clinic and see all of the fun, learning, and hard work that happens here each day. What better way to celebrate than with donuts together?

There is something so special about seeing our clients’ smiling faces as they enjoy a treat with the people they love in the same place where they show up and work so hard every day. Even when many of their peers are enjoying summer break at home, our clients continue to put in the work, building new skills and making incredible progress.

Thank you to all of the grown ups who came out and, more importantly, continue to show up for your kids day after day. We are honored to serve our clients and their families, and we are so proud of the dedication, resilience, and growth we get to witness each and every day.

And thank you to Haley and Madison for planning such an amazing event for our clients and families. Your creativity, thoughtfulness, and commitment to making meaningful moments like these possible do not go unnoticed. ❤️

As we wrap up another amazing school year at Pathways Behavioral Health, our kids have been LOVING every minute of it!! 🦋

This spring, our classrooms got to watch caterpillars transform into butterflies, and today they finally released them! The students absolutely loved watching the entire transformation process… and honestly, the butterflies didn’t seem to want to leave us either! 💛

The 2025–2026 school year has been such a great one, and we’re already gearing up for our summer sessions beginning June 1st!

We hope everyone has an amazing summer filled with fun, memories, and sunshine ☀️ We’ll be over at Pathways learning, growing, and playing all summer long!

We had SO much fun at Pathways today with our dramatic play shopping experience! 🛒✨

A huge shoutout to one of our Lead Instructors, Maddy, and Assistant Instructor, Haley, for planning this awesome activity!

Our learners shopped for snacks, practiced using money, made purchases, and worked on getting their change back. Along the way, they were building communication, social skills, and independence without even realizing it!

Learning through play = the best kind of learning💛
