We thoroughly enjoyed coming together with associates to celebrate the Lunar New Year with food, crafts, tea, raffles and wishes of health, happiness, and success!

Last week we welcomed our newest group of graduates into our development program in Cincinnati and Chicago! Over the course of several months, participants will receive full-time training and project experience that will set them up for success in a consulting or data science role.

🪷 Thank you to the owners of Inner Alchemy Breathwork and Wild Garden Wellness for helping us close out last week in a calm and centered state with a breathwork and sound bath session.

🎉 Congratulations to Allison Hartman and Kristin Dean Knapke who ended 2025 by graduating from the University of Cincinnati with their Master's of Science in Business Analytics! Both were able to take advantage of our tuition reimbursement opportunities to further their education and we're so proud of their accomplishment.

We're wrapping up the year by giving back to our communities! Whether it's volunteering at Animal Aid, Freestore Foodbank or making holiday cards for those who may need some extra cheer, we're grateful for the chance to lend a helping hand 💜

In addition to raising awareness regarding our mission at STAF, they are committed to raising critical funds for our dogs and cats. As the holidays are approaching, and in the spirit of giving even more, we received a visit from two of our friends, who dropped off the giving tree donations they had collected from their fellow employees.

Our well+being associate resource group is dedicated to helping our organization prioritize health and wellness throughout the year. This year's Stress-free December included events like Crafternoon that offered the opportunity to unwind and make bookmarks or create a diamond painting.

Meet Rachel Geiger whose interests in working in the events industry with a stronger work-life balance brought her to 84.51˚.

Not only does Rachel enjoy orchestrating successful events (like Area 51, our yearly company gathering!), she enjoys spending time with her family and cheering for the Bengals and Bearcats 📣

🪔 We lit up our Cincinnati and Chicago offices in celebration of Diwali this week!

The festivities, put on by our Allyship in Action team, were filled with colorful rangoli, flavorful snacks, henna tattoos, and traditional music.

The 4th Annual Cincinnati Java Jam was a success! Solo Coffee served up delicious specialty brews — a perfect pick-me-up for a fall Monday morning.
The atmosphere was made even more special thanks to Chris Bridewell’s soulful acoustics and Zoe Christon’s beautiful vocals, creating the perfect cozy vibes. 🎶
