Great things are happening on Monastery Street in Mt. Adams. Here’s one of our home designs currently under construction with Bronzie Design + Build and featured in Cincinnati Magazine. Renderings done by Mass Visuals.

The architect/visual designer who created the renderings inserted actual photos of the city, taken by drone from the height of each floor-to-be. This is definitely not your everyday project! Fold + Form is transforming an abandoned warehouse in Over-The-Rhine into a LEED Platinum residence. The original warehouse ceiling opens up to a new second floor, letting natural light flood in throughout the space.

Construction has been underway for one of our Mulberry Street residences. This photo was taken from the soon-to-be-owners' top floor deck. A gorgeous view of downtown Cincinnati and Over-the-Rhine!

Construction will begin soon on this single-family home to be built on a hillside lot in Mt. Adams. Fold and Form designed the home and Jim Bronzie is the builder.

Located near Smale Riverfront Park in downtown Cincinnati, the Moerlein Lager House features outstanding views of the surrounding area as well as an outdoor beer garden. The LEED-certified restaurant also houses a working microbrewery.
