From a resident at Queen’s Tower:

“A delivery truck tried to drive under our awning yesterday but it [truck] was taller than the driver thought. I was across the street and saw him hit it at about 3 miles an hour. Very little damage to the top of the small truck but lots of damage here. No one can come through the lobby. People going to the restaurant have to go through the bar door on the right (the GM and bartender working it). Everyone else has to go through the garage doors downstairs.”
