This year, on March 7, Upic Solutions celebrates 25 years of serving nonprofits.

25 years of standing behind teams who show up even when resources are tight and needs are growing.
25 years of strengthening the structure behind missions that refuse to quit.

Nonprofits do not exist to generate profit.
They exist to generate impact.

They respond to crisis.
They build opportunity.
They advocate, protect, uplift, and empower.

And behind every life changed, there is work most people never see -
the systems, the processes, the security, the financial clarity, the people support that keep everything moving forward.

For 25 years, it has been our privilege to serve as an extension of nonprofit teams: creating stability, clarity, and confidence so organizations can focus on what matters most.

From our United Way roots to the broader nonprofit community we serve today, our commitment remains the same:

As we move through Black History Month, we continue to reflect on the history, leadership, and impact of Black communities across our country.

Black History Month began in 1926 as a week-long observance created by historian Carter G. Woodson and later expanded into a month-long recognition honoring the achievements, resilience, and contributions of Black leaders throughout history.

It’s a time to celebrate progress, acknowledge ongoing work, and recommit to building stronger, more equitable communities.

For nonprofits, that means ensuring our missions, systems, and partnerships serve all communities with intention and respect.

We stand in appreciation of the leaders who continue to support our communities.
