When I was in college, our newsroom had a sign that said content is king. As a designer, I secretly kind of hated it for most of my time there.

As we become more overwhelmed by media and can create new content at lightning speed, even with a simple AI prompt I believe in that idea more than ever. And design was never really in opposition to it- it is the strong and sturdy support when done with intentionality.

This summer I worked on Raising Boys and Girls new podcast season look. It was so fun to expand on an already great brand with fun colors, good fonts and a fun logo of their yellow house.

I love to doodle and these people were such a fun project.

When redtherapygroup wanted their website to be more cohesive and show the wide variety of counseling they offer illustrating seemed like the best answer. A year ago I worked with their founder and leader Kelly to develop illustrations for her blog. The style worked so well we took it through the entire site to show a variety of walks of life while using one consistent style.

A look at the branding package put together for a Florida retreat with . For marketing I added one font to bring a postcard feel to the well-established brand and built on already established fonts and colors.
