I've been neglecting you. My sincere apologies. Please allow me to make it up to you by giving you the big news first.
I've been sitting on this for a while, but I'm excited to announce I've returned to ESPN. I've spent my time back with the four letters doing some deep dives, including one on the French Open.
Fun fact: Althea Gibson won at Roland Garros in 1956, becoming the first Black player (man or woman) to win a Grand Slam. Gibson went on to win both Wimbledon and the US Open in back-to-back years. She was Serena before Serena. Absolutely dominant.

I had a lot of fun breaking down the Kentucky Derby field with the FOX19 crew. It's hard not to bet on Forte to win Saturday's 149th Run for the Roses. The Derby favorite is special.
