The beginning of the year is a great time to challenge ourselves to not be defined by past seasons and to no longer allow anything to hold us back.
It’s time to be real with ourselves, face ourselves and go after the more that’s inside each one of us.

We are doing a training series on courageous leadership for our leadership team as we navigate through these challenging times. We are going through a restructuring at our organization to ensure we are being as effective as possible to impact our community.

It’s been a LOOOOONG week; but as I sit and reflect this is what I asked God for. He’s opening new doors and providing opportunities for me to walk into the next stage of my journey. I’m grateful because I know the best is yet to come!
As leaders it’s imperative to keep this perspective - we have to point the way and know that even though the path isn’t easy it will be worth it!
