The Pathways Program recently celebrated its first annual Pathways Alumni Day — a special day honoring the incredible women who have walked through our doors and continued forward with strength, resilience, and determination.
Pathways provides a safe and supportive environment for women transitioning back into everyday life after challenges such as incarceration, addiction recovery, or homelessness. These women have faced difficult chapters and come out stronger on the other side.
We are so proud of each woman and all they have accomplished, and we can’t wait to see where their journeys take them next. 💜
