The learning never stops. Dr. Adams and I attended a weekend continuing education in Michigan with excellent speakers, including Dr. Carl Hillier, the creator of the MultiMatrix Cubes and Dr Patrick Quaid, who does ongoing research about vision and its link to reading.

Thank you Dr. Len Press for gathering the data that supports delaying strabismus surgery. Even more importantly, the measure of success in strabismus surgery is based on eyes that appear mostly straight not eyes that work together, as we strive for in optometric vision therapy.

Binocular Vision Dysfunction (BVD) is a “catch-all” phrase for any condition that impedes your two eyes working as one team. Many people suffer from BVD. At the Vision Therapy Studio, we have knowledgeable doctors and staff, along with all the tools needed to help you improve function and reduce or eliminate symptoms of people with BVD symptoms.
Does driving or grocery shopping make you anxious? Your eyes may be the problem. Although some eye doctors are skeptical, other providers say eye misalignment is associated with a host of debilitating symptoms.
