Who we are:
Michael: my husband Mike has worked in the computer industry for over 18 years. With a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Sciences, he has provided IT services, maintaining and upgrading computers and networks in colleges, factories and medical offices.

Helen: I have worked with computers in the administrative capacity for over a decade, and have worked in education for the last few, having gained my Bachelor's Degree in Education.

Mike handles making sure that the computer meets the customer's needs, and I make sure that the computer meets the customer's expectations.
