We recently hosted a brick building event at the Clifton Branch to celebrate the opening of the LEGO® Jurassic World: The Exhibition at Museum Center.

Clifton Branch is pleased to announce that we once again have a telescope for lending. The telescope can be checked out for a period of 7 days to any customer who has an unlimited card that is in good standing.

Join our in-person ESOL classes on Thursdays from 1-2 p.m. in the second-floor meeting room. All skill levels are welcome.

Have you ever wondered what makes amphibians so special?

Join Us on Tuesday, June 23 from 1-2 p.m. for Awesome Amphibians presented by Great Parks! This hands-on program will allow your young explorer to meet and greet an amphibian friend.

Suitable for children of all ages. No registration is required!

Explore how stormwater moves through local spaces, and how rain gardens help reduce runoff and improve water quality. Join Mill Creek Alliance for a discussion on watersheds, green infrastructure, and the benefits of native plants, followed by an interactive activity focused on designing healthier, more resilient landscapes.

Join us Tuesday, June 16th from 1-2 p.m. as expert entomologists The Bug Chicks teach us about some very cool insects. They teach using preserved specimens and a live arthropod zoo. Students can hold, pet, and touch many of the animals they bring. (No petting of venomous animals.)

Join us for a fun, semi-competitive puzzling celebration for all ages.

Camp Read is fully underway!

With daily activities like the wonder wheel, and endless books to read you’ll be flying through this summer reading challenge in no time. And once you have completed your Camp Read challenge board, bring it into any branch to earn your prize!

Summer reading goes until July 31st. meaning there is still plenty of time to participate, so come by the library today to sign up or to check in with your progress.

In June, we read outside!

Check out Bookwalks happening at Clifton Library in the month of June. These enlarged picture books allow you to walk through the story with a curious mind and creative thoughts.

Bookwalks will be available on Mondays and Wednesday all day and may make special appearances on other days throughout the week.

Come to the Clifton Branch Library to celebrate the 2026 FIFA World Cup on Saturday, June 13, from 1-2:30 p.m. Test your football (or soccer) knowledge with trivia games about the sport, the players, and national teams. Get creative and use our art supplies to show team spirit. And make sure to get a printed bracket to track the games as they go along!
