Today we recognize the strength, sacrifice, and solidarity of working men and women everywhere. Every road paved, every structure built, and every community improved is a testament to the hardworking Laborers who make it all possible.

Across the Ohio Valley and Southern States, that work shows up on job sites, in neighborhoods, and in the strength of a united workforce.

Today we’re proud to recognize four Local 265 apprentices who officially graduated and completed their apprenticeship program. These men put in the hours, learned the trade, and earned their place as skilled laborers.

A special thank you to our statewide apprenticeship coordinator, Vince Irwin, and Local 265 apprenticeship coordinator Nikki Crenshaw for their leadership, guidance, and commitment to developing the next generation of skilled workers.

This is what building the future looks like—strong, trained, and ready to get to work.
