2023 Willful Jezebel Blanc • Oregon

The 2023 Jezebel Blanc is a blend of 30% Riesling, 29% Pinot Gris, 27% Pinot Blanc, 13% Gewurztraminer, and 1% Muscat. It has floral, fruity aromatics and tropical fruit flavors and is just a little off-dry. It is great by itself as a refreshing aperitif or porch wine, but also pairs well with seafood and spicy foods.

This red is a blend of 90% Merlot and 10% Cabernet Sauvignon, very reminiscent of a Right Bank Bordeaux. Concrete aging lends a velvety texture to the wine, and rich red and dark fruits meet a hint of spice and just the right amount of tannic structure.

Pair with lamb kofta and herby yogurt, creamy mushroom soup, venison burgers with black truffles, brats with dijon mustard and caramelized onion.
