Request for Qualifications: Permanent Public Art Opportunity | End of the Line Park
Price Hill Will is seeking an artist or artist team to create a permanent public art installation for End of the Line Park, a new neighborhood green space currently under development in West Price Hill, Cincinnati.
This commission is an opportunity to create a landmark sculpture that celebrates the identity, resilience, history, and collective vision of the community while serving as a welcoming gateway and gathering place for residents and visitors alike.
The selected artist or team will receive a contract of up to $18,000 to design, fabricate, and install a durable outdoor artwork that integrates thoughtfully into the park and contributes to the neighborhood's ongoing revitalization. Three finalists will also receive stipends to develop conceptual proposals during the selection process.
We welcome applications from individual artists, artist teams, interdisciplinary designers, fabricators working with artists, and socially engaged public art practitioners. Experience with community-engaged public art is encouraged.
Key Dates
• RFQ Deadline: August 3
• Finalists Announced: August 14
• Artist Selected: October 1
• Installation Complete: January 2027

Thank you to the partners, vendors, and COMMUNITY that came out to support the first-ever Night at the Plaza event, this last Saturday.
With over 200 people in attendance, we Welcomed 3104-06 to the campus as our latest commercial and residential space. We Invested in our local businesses: The Lil Goodie Shoppe. We Lifted music to the rainy skies with La Fórmula Music Productions and Queen City Opera. And we enLivened Warsaw Avenue in a new, artistic way.
This event encompassed all aspects of our Theory of Change and shows how the WILL of our community can drive change in our neighborhood.
But change is just an idea, until those driven to help step into our space. So thank you to those who took up the call and helped get WACC Phase II completed:
