If you want an easy, cozy cocktail (or mocktail) this week, the Old Vermont is it. 🍁 A delicious blend of maple, citrus, bitters, and gin (which you barely taste), it gets even better with an Orange Blossom Pomegranate Mixicles cube for extra depth and autumn flavor.
This drink is perfect for Thanksgiving, and just as good made for anyone skipping alcohol. Just swap in your favorite gin (there are so many good ones out there!).
OLD VERMONT
Ingredients:
2 oz. gin
½ oz. maple syrup
½ oz. lemon juice
1 Orange Blossom Pomegranate Mixicles cube
2 dashes bitters, such as Angostura
How to Mix:
Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker and shake until the Mixicles cube is dissolved. Pour into a glass and garnish with dehydrated orange slices.

Big update from the Mixicles team! 📣
We’ve been a bit quiet on here because we’ve been deep in exploration mode. As Mixicles has evolved, so has our curiosity about how frozen formats could offer a food-based way to get essential nutrients — and make supporting daily health feel refreshing rather than routine.
That curiosity has led us to the next stage of our journey:
a fruit-based frozen supplement concept designed to make nutrition and hydration easier, more enjoyable, and more accessible.
